This artisanal handcrafted Pure Lamb Tallow has been triple-rendered from A-grade, grass-fed and pasture-reared cattle. Tallow is rich in nutrients. Not only does it help you absorb more nutrients from your food, but Lamb tallow is also rich in Vitamins A, D, E, K, as well as B1. It reduces inflammation because it contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which is a natural anti-inflammatory. It is also rich in stearic acid and oleic acid as well as triglycerides.
Lamb tallow is a staple in the carnivore diet or a KETO diet. It is far more stable than polyunsaturated, toxic seed oils. The fatty acid profile of Lamb tallow is 50% saturated fat, 42% monounsaturated fat and 4% polyunsaturated fat and is considered non-dairy.

Shelf life is up to 10 months unrefrigerated. Although Lamb tallow does not need to be refrigerated, as it is naturally shelf-stable, refrigerating it can give 12-18 months of shelf life. If you don't refrigerate, remember that mice LOVE tallow so keep it well packaged in a secure, air-tight container.
